We gave them the grand tour of our yard. Amy particularly liked our grass. We went on a few walks by the "river" (quotes used due to the lack of H2O in this river).
Mom made her famous chocolate chip cookies since we have trouble duplicating them. After fretting over the size of our eggs and adding some extra flour they turned out perfect--we knew they would.
Noelle learned from Grandma that apples are tasty. But not if you bite hard enough to get a piece in your mouth. She still doesn't like little peach crackers or bread or any other finger food just yet. We're working on it.
Amy and mom were kind to let Corey and I go on a date Saturday afternoon. We caught a movie and some dinner. It was super.
Noelle had fun peaking out at us from time to time. Peak-a-boo!
We even took Amy and mom to the Tucson DI. Mom had seen some cute sweater mittens someone made so we picked up a few grandma sweaters and were able to get two pairs finished (I have two more to make). They turned out super warm and pretty cute. I'll post pictures later.
The visit flew by, as we knew it would. Good thing we can video chat, otherwise goodbye's would be harder.
Thanks for coming all the way down here to see me! Love you!
